Cooked up a batch of corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, and carrots for supper. Used a new-to-me recipe in The New York Times, “Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage” by Sarah DeGregorio. TASTY!

Experimented with Miro to see how it would work for collaborative mind mapping in conjunction with MindNode: are they compatible together, totally different from one another, basically the same functionality between them so pick one. Probably another bright, shiny object ;-)
