Worked on administrative stuff — not my favorite pastime.

I would far rather take my granddaughter for a walk. which I did. It was a bit nippy but she didn’t care all bundled up in her stroller with her teddy bear.

Prepared a Spinach Cauliflower Mushroom Quiche. Sounded good, tasted OK, but the sweet potato “crust” was not a hit. Now I know and it’s on to something else!
